This page is maintained by Olivetta Nail Studio to describe the rules of our Loyalty Program.

By registering for the Olivetta Loyalty Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

  1. Program Eligibility

    The Loyalty Program is free to join and is available to all clients of Olivetta Nail Studio.

  2. Registration

    To participate, clients must register by providing their full name, phone number, email address, and ZIP/Postal Code.

  3. Earning Stamps

    Clients earn one (1) stamp per visit, regardless of the number of services received during that visit.

    Only one stamp may be earned per visit. Stamps are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  4. Rewards

    The available rewards are:

    • 3 Stamps: Free Add-On
    • 6 Stamps: 10% OFF
    • 10 Stamps: 15% OFF

    Rewards are subject to availability and must be redeemed according to Olivetta's current policies.

  5. Reward Redemption

    Rewards may only be redeemed at Olivetta Nail Studio and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, packages, gift cards, or special offers unless otherwise stated.

  6. Program Changes

    Olivetta Nail Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program, its rewards, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  7. Privacy

    The personal information collected during registration will only be used to manage the Loyalty Program, communicate with clients, and provide information related to Olivetta Nail Studio. Your information will never be sold to third parties.

Al registrarte en el Programa de Lealtad de Olivetta Nail Studio, aceptas los siguientes términos y condiciones.

  1. Uso del programa

    El Programa de Lealtad es gratuito y está disponible para todas las clientas de Olivetta Nail Studio.

  2. Registro

    Para participar, la clienta deberá registrarse proporcionando su nombre completo, número de teléfono, correo electrónico y código postal.

  3. Acumulación de sellos

    La clienta recibirá un (1) sello por cada visita, independientemente del número de servicios realizados durante esa visita.

    Se otorgará un máximo de un sello por visita. Los sellos son personales, no son transferibles y no pueden canjearse por dinero en efectivo.

  4. Recompensas

    Las recompensas disponibles son:

    • 3 sellos: Add-on gratis.
    • 6 sellos: 10% de descuento.
    • 10 sellos: 15% de descuento.
  5. Redención de recompensas

    Las recompensas únicamente podrán canjearse en Olivetta Nail Studio y no son acumulables con otras promociones, descuentos, paquetes especiales, tarjetas de regalo o beneficios vigentes, salvo que Olivetta indique lo contrario.

  6. Cambios del programa

    Olivetta Nail Studio se reserva el derecho de modificar, suspender o cancelar el Programa de Lealtad, así como sus beneficios y estos Términos y Condiciones, en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso.

  7. Privacidad y uso de datos

    La información proporcionada será utilizada exclusivamente para la administración del Programa de Lealtad, la comunicación con la clienta y el envío de información relacionada con Olivetta Nail Studio. La información personal nunca será vendida a terceros.
